Return Policy

  • Custom or personalized graduation stoles
  • Items with custom embroidery or printing
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange for a higher-priced item, simply pay the difference.

How to Request an Exchange:

  2. Specify the item you'd like to exchange and your preferred replacement
  3. Ship the original item back to us (in original condition)
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll ship your new item

Refund Information

Damaged or Defective Items
